While the real estate market is always difficult to navigate, the surrounding factors during a pandemic make it nigh impossible. Despite this, Kim and her husband Tim has made it not only possible but as low stress as it could possibly me. They were available every time as question arose and things needed to be clarified, they looked out for our best interests and despite probably having a full plate, we felt like we were their only clients during our process.
