Before purchasing our home, Debbie made sure that we had information on at least ten houses that met our very specific requirements. When it came time to look at houses, we only needed to see three. The second one was perfect. We looked at a third house, just to be sure. Debbie, knowing that houses were moving quickly, made sure that we had the house under agreement within minutes of making our decision to purchase. If six stars were possible, Debbie Dawson would get them across the board.

Rachel by far was the best realtor we have dealt with in a long time. She wasted no time in sending listing that she thought we would like. We had so many to choose from. We found one, went to an open house and submitted a contract. Her responsiveness to getting an offer to the sellers was spontaneous and then we had a house. Our loan went smoothly and we settled within 45 days. We are enjoying our home very much. I recommend Rachel for all your real estate needs whether your selling or buying.

I would highly recommend Steve if you want your home sold. He is very aggressive and uses all his means to get your home sold; open house, high quality brochures, great networking, always available. The second weekend from when the home was listed Steve had another open house, and received a good offer I was happy with.
