He also offers suggestions when needed. Regarding selling, Eric went above and beyond to promote the sale of my home. Even with high inventory, my home sold fast. I can’t say enough how great our experience was with Gordon Baker. Craig is a true real estate professional. The 1st home we put an offer in came back lopsided on the appraisal (obviously not his fault). Craig explained to my family all of our options and handled the situation professionally and gave us confidence that we would navigate through this. We ultimately put an offer in on a different home. Craig found us a home on literally the same street (we were dead set on a specific area and wouldn't look at anything outside of it). Craig worked hand-in-hand with our mortgage broker and title company and made everything as smooth as possible! We have referred multiple family and friends to him since. One of the reasons why we chose to work with Criag was knowing that he is a full-time real estate agent. We know a lot of agents in the business aren't which means you are competing for their time. David was so helpful and patient. I had never been through this process and had tons of questions. I had previously been working with a different RE Agent who kept trying to show me houses that were out side of my budget. David was a breath of fresh air.
