Over the past 3 years, we've worked with Christine for our home search. Yes - 3 years! Most other agents probably would have dropped us, but she was extremely patient, insightful and knowledgeable of local codes, and helped guide us to the perfect house. Along the way we looked at many homes, most of them needing some level of work and she always gave good tips and advice on what was important to fix, especially with rental income in mind. She was always available at a moment's notice to walk-through a house while face-timing us; We were not top-dollar clients but she treated us as such. If you're looking for an island agent, you need to give her call.

Most realtors would have dropped us like a hot potato after our 3-year home search, which included 5 or 6 different offers on homes before we finally were able to close on a home which was an excellent match for our needs. Christine patiently drove us all over the island and was more than knowledgeable and professional the entire time; sometimes we'd go back to a house 2 or 3 times and then decide against it. While that would likely agitate most realtors, she gave welcome insightful feedback, remodel/upgrade suggestions and was great to work with. I KNOW we're not easy to work with! It never seemed to faze her. We did not know her prior to our home buying adventure, but not only was she the best realtor we've ever worked with (in our many years of buying and selling homes), but I'm proud to say she's also a new friend.

Sharon Hightower is CUSTOMER FRIENDLY. She went above and beyond all expectations in helping us to find and purchase a home in FL. We lived in GA and were trying to find a specific type home to purchase in FL. We could not make numerous trips back and forth from GA to FL to look at homes. With Sharon's help we searched the internet. For example, the home we eventually purchased, Sharon sent me a link to a home just listed that morning. We like it. That very day Sharon was willing to drive all the way from Anna Maria Is to Clearwater to personally inspect the home. She use her phone camera to live video her walk through. We trusted her assessment and put in a contract that very day. She was right on top of all the complicated details of negotiating and setting up a date for us to drive to FL and seal the deal.
