Alex is a 3rd generation Englewood native with deep family ties in the community, giving him a unique knowledge of the area and a robust network of Buyers and Sellers. He graduated from the University of Florida with a BA in Business Administration, and a specialization in pre-law, providing him an aptitude for the complexities of Real Estate Law. Alex also studied Real Estate Principles, Consumer Behavior, and Marketing, giving him insights into the psychology of Real Estate, the latest marketing tools, and also allowing him to get his Real Estate License while he was still in college. While many of his family members practiced medicine locally, Alex decided that his passions were better suited to helping customers with the sale of their most valuable assets and ensuring their satisfaction during this process. This path also allows him to be connected with Englewood and its residents, which is very important to him. Alex's hobbies include playing ice hockey, which ironically as a Floridian he was able to play most of his life, fitness, and nutrition.

A second generation Floridian and 50+-year resident of Southwest Florida, Carla's first hand market knowledge of the area and surrounding waters, exceptional customer service and marketing programs earned her the Five Star Real Estate Customer Satisfaction Award 9 years in a row, Women’s Council of REALTORS Exceptional Realtor Award 2009 to the present and 2007 REALTOR of the Year. Carla enjoys the Florida lifestyle with her husband, three grown children, five grandchildren and one great-grandchild.

5th Generation native of Manatee county. Born and raised in the real estate business and over 20 years at Re/Max. Over $50 million sold YTD in 2020 #1 agent per MLS for Bradenton area market 2016,2017,2019 & 2020. #1 agent per MLS for luxury sales and waterfront sales. Extreme focus on customer service and results. One of the youngest recipient to be inducted into the RE/MAX Hall of Fame. Christy was a standout junior player on the Florida Junior Tennis Circuit and went on to play for the NCAA Division I powerhouse Florida State University. Upon Graduation, Christy parlayed the lessons she learned as a junior player into becoming one of the youngest, most successful residential real estate professionals in Florida.

David started in the Real Estate business back in 1978, and has been a full time REALTOR for over 46 years, 21 in Pennsylvania and the balance in Sarasota FL. Dave has received his Realtor Emeritus status from NAR in 2018. His first year in the business, with an average sales price of $ 45,000, he sold just under 2 million dollars of real estate. Soon David became the top producer in his office. David has been involved in real estate education for 40+ years having personally taught over 7,000 agents, brokers and managers. Currently, David is Managing Broker and the Director of Education for RE/MAX Alliance Group David served as the 2020 President of the Realtor Association of Sarasota & Manatee, as well has held many positions at the Association. He has served as Vice Chair and Chairman of many committees. David served as the 2021 President of the RASM Realtors Charitable Foundation, and currently serves on it’s Board of Directors. David has been involved at the state level at Florida Realtors for many years serving on multiple committees as well. His largest involvement has been on the RAJC, and on the Contract subcommittee as well as the Forms Committee where he has been involved for the more than 10 years, and serves as the 2024 Chairman. Some of David’s other accomplishments include: Three Time recipient of REALTOR OF THE YEAR award; Once in 2015, and again in 2022 David received the REALTOR OF THE YEAR award from the Realtor Association of Sarasota Manatee, an association of over 9,000 real estate professionals. It is the highest honor bestowed upon a member of the Association. Once again in 1993 at his Pennsylvania North Penn Board of Realtors.
