Patrick helped us buy a house sooner than we expected. We were relocating from NC. Because of the distance of the relocation there were a ton of details, Patrick helped all along the way going above and beyond. He was so knowledgeable and easy to work with we ended up buying a full year sooner than expected. He was also courteous and always followed up in a timely manner. He was consistently present without being pushy. I cannot really say enough nice things about him because he is so enjoyable and easy to work with. Patrick's responsive service was our favorite thing about him! He truly made us feel we were his only client and texted/called/emailed within minutes of recieving new information. Patrick is thorough and fast, patiently explaining anything 3 or 4 times. He helped us find an amazing fit home during a weird market that fits our needs! He's wasn't afraid to contact a real estate coach for a second opinion on strategy. He never talked down to us, but instead taught us with genuine care.
