Charles and his team are true professionals that sold our home quickly and with little stress. He and his team were always available for any questions and offered help when needed. I would highly recommend he and his team to represent anyone going through the process of selling/buying their home.

Working with Kim was the best decision we made in our home buying process. We were first time buyers, and she really took the time to explain every step of the process, go over our options, and answer the many many questions that came up along the way. She was so responsive to texts, calls, and emails and to getting showings scheduled for us. Especially in this market, I feel so lucky that we had Kim on our team. I would confidently recommend Kim to anybody in a heartbeat. We’ve been in our new home for one week, and are so happy. We’ll be forever grateful for Kim helping us get here.

AND it doesn't stop there - when your home is sold or new one bought she keeps in contact to make sure you have information, trades people and a good experience all around your move. She has referred some great people to work with to make our new home ours. She's a keeper!!

Chrissy Barker and Alysha Melaragno made selling so much easier. We unexpectedly need to sell and move quickly. In a months time we had listed and closed on our home! They were so helpful during this stressful time. They were easy to reach when needed. Most importantly they were able to help us sell before our deadline. They are so kind and wonderful to work with. I highly recommend them these ladies.

Really went so beyond our expectations
It’s hard for us to even put into words how Incredible Tanya was through this whole experience. We just kind of woke up one day and decided we wanted to get into a new house and didn’t really know if it would be possible, and it probably wouldn’t have been if it weren’t for Tanya. She’s so knowledgeable in everything she does, and we came close to missing out on our dream home and she’s entirely the reason that we were able to get into it. She goes above and beyond for her clients, we recommend her to everyone we know that’s even thinking about buying or selling their homes. Honestly kind of sad that it’s not normal to buy a new home every year so we can keep working with Tanya. We are so grateful to her for everything she did for us

I really appreciate his patience and willingness to travel to a variety of locations at the times that were convenient for us.
