I had an awesome experience working with Dana to buy my house. She really went above and beyond to make sure I got a fair price, and I never felt like anything slipped through the cracks. She knows so much about homes—what to look for, what might need replacing, what’s just cosmetic versus what’s a bigger issue—and that helped me feel way more confident during showings and inspections. Dana's knowledge and networking in the areas market is great. Not only knowing the area but also having a great network of other realtors in the surrounding area helps in making informed decisions. She is very responsive with her getting back with information. If she is faced with uncertainty of something she will search the answer out through her extensive network. Dana was an exceptional realtor. I met her months before, when I was browsing on my own at an open house. When the time came to make a decision… I was digging through my pile of paper looking for her contact info. She helped in so many ways, referrals for anything you can imagine. Took so much off our plate. Which was beyond amazing, seeing as we were buying here and selling in another state, and moving from 2 locations. She is very knowledgeable and if she didn’t know, she found someone with the answers, rather than leaving you in the dark or leaving you to stumble through figuring it out yourself. Made sure that we found what we were looking for and did not pressure us to buy outside our comfort zone. Went to bat for us when things got difficult or ridiculous (i.e. the sellers shenanigans). She made time for us and did not make it seem like we were an inconvenience. Considering I lost count at how many homes we looked at. Somewhere between 10-20. There is no one better. I couldn’t ask for anyone better. And while this review is delayed. Sorry about that. It’s been 2 months we’ve been in our home, I know that if I asked her something, she’d help if she could.
