Jacqueline priced our home very competitively. Unfortunately, with the downturn in the market and the volume of competitive listings, that didn't stop her from using every marketing tool available. She updated our listing on a continual basis, using pictures, video, and drones to showcase our property. It was also beneficial that she lives in our neighborhood and knows the Conifer/Evergreen market. During our open houses, she took the time with every potential buyer to explain all the benefits of owning our home. Jacqueline communicated with us often, explaining the market conditions and gave us advice on when to lower our price to get more eyes on our home. She gave us confidence that all we needed was that one buyer that would be interested in purchasing our home. She was very helpful as well with the closing process, letting us know when deadlines approached and navigating us through to the end. We would use Jacqueline again and will let our friends and acquaintances know what a wonderful realtor she is.

I was so blessed to have Jacqueline Neal as my real estate agent as I sold my sweet mountain home that I had for 17 years. She was kind, compassionate, an excellent listener and, boy, she knows her stuff and got the job done. She has an amazing team to prepare the home for listing (a great photographer and stager). The house was transformed and looked amazing. She had a great plan of action--prepare the home, list the house on Thursday and then have immediate open houses that same weekend. We had quick interest and it was under contract within days. During the inspection, it was discovered that we had to replace the septic tank (among other more minor things). She quickly engaged experts in the field, was in contact with the county, and negotiated with the buyer to make sure the resolution was accomplished quickly and fair to everyone. She is an excellent communicator, she gives back to the community (President of our local Salvation Army) and an expert real estate agent in every way. Highly recommended.

We first met Jacqueline when she was selling our house in 2021 and we were buyers. Our Realtor at the time commented on how professional she was and that is was rare to work with someone so pleasant. When we decided to move out of state 2 years later, we thought to get back in contact with her. She could see the work and love we put into our home and worked with us to create a competitive asking price. She gave us a list of things to complete in order to help sell the house (i.e. paint) and listened to us when we couldn't change things, like our deck, due to expense. She worked hard from day 1 until closing. She went above and beyond. Her communication was stellar and I felt like I could always reach her. Jacqueline was honest with us and I feel like she got us the best price possible. We went under contract in like 3 days and I credit that all to her. She really knows the market and the neighborhood.
