•Carrie S is an exceptional realtor! She has the intelligence, market knowledge, customer focus, dedication and commitment that makes her exceptional at her job, which for me, was to sell our home. Selling a 35 year old home, which had largely been a rental and showed its age, was a challenge. Since we were out of state, this needed a team approach and Carrie was an essential and invaluable onsite member of the team. Carrie helped us accomplish extensive home repairs and bring the home to market. She provided analysis and thoughtful recommendations on what to do and not to do to make the home marketable and achieve a timely sale. She was always willing to help and went the extra mile providing onsite monitoring and, when needed, coordination of repair/renovation contractors. Throughout the process, Carrie provided knowledgeable thoughtful advice and fact-based recommendations for decisions on home repair, market pricing and contract negotiations. Carrie is a great listener, took the time to understand our priorities and goals and was always respectful of our decisions. Carrie was a great team member and a tremendous asset.
