Phil was absolutely amazing throughout the entire home buying process. He was very responsive to any questions and the minute we had homes we wanted to see he was setting up tours based on our schedules. As first time home-buyers, Phil was helpful and knowledgeable as we asked many questions. We put offers on three different homes before finding and getting our dream home on the third offer- Phil was very transparent throughout the whole process and kept us super updated.
