We attempted to sell our home for sale by owner, but with the market changing and little success, we went with a realtor. I went with the kombrink team based on reviews and I am so happy we did! Matt was very professional as well as honest. It was great having someone to talk to who was available around the clock and attentive. His team is amazing as well, from the step by step process to our house photos/videos to the communication, it was so appreciated. Thank you for selling our house and destressing our lives. I don't think this person sleeps. She is always available and willing to assist in any way possible. I was referred to her by another agent who helped us sell a rental property and had since moved out of state. I was immediately impressed that Marla was every bit the real estate agent that our previous agent was. She is a true professional that puts the customer first. I would recommend her to anyone and everyone. She is absolutely awesome!!

I was very happy to work with Marla when I was house hunting. She truly listened to what I was looking for and was so knowledgeable about the places we looked at. She looked at dates on water heaters and checked air conditioners, lights, fans, everything! She helped me imagine what I could do with some of the places we looked at. And she was so very patient with me. Many times I changed my mind about what I was looking for and Where I was looking! She was always pleasant and always responded to my calls, texts and emails. I recommend Marla 100%.

I have been working with Marla since she was initially assigned to me by ReMax's website during my first home search in 2010. She has assisted me with 3 purchases, 2 sales, and renting a home out since then. She has always been accommodating, finding me what I am looking for. She always makes me feel like a priority. At one time family had coerced me and my ex-husband to go with someone else, but they could not compare to Marla, so we quickly returned to her. I will never utilize a real estate agent that is not Marla Kubik, no matter the company she works for.

Now, with the sale of our property, we can say that Marla was a big help in getting it sold in a little less than three months. She always took the time we needs to discuss the entire sales process and was especially helpful towards the end about not negotiating our price any lower than necessary.
