I’m glad I asked for Sam’s services. It was my first home purchase & it can really be stressful doing it on one’s own. He is knowledgeable in the market, listens, and has the drive to get the home you want. The first couple of weekends we drove in his car looking for homes. His skills with technology allowed us to view several homes with no wait; he’s very efficient. Upon finding a home I liked, he scheduled a viewing appointment with the selling agent the next day and cleared his entire day for me! We walked through the home together and asked me what I thought on it; we made an offer the following day. We had a response and with Sam’s representation escrow started 5 days after viewing the home. Another reason I enjoyed working with Sam is his work ethic.
