Since 1991 I have been in the real estate industry helping buyers and sellers get successfully from one door to the next. After college I worked with my father farming, growing apples mainly. At age 22 I bought an orchard and subdivided the property for homes 8 years later. I purchased my fathers operation at age 34. The apple business was declining, so I worked part time in buying and selling repossessed manufactured homes. China and changing times completely wiped out profits for the apple business, so I became a manufactured home dealer, later a modular home dealer, and a Class A builder. Market and health downturns pushed me to become a Realtor in 2017. I enjoy helping and working with people in this business.
