Francesca was very knowledgeable about the current market conditions and the area. I viewed a lot of homes in the area and found one that I just loved. She always kept me updated on new listings and answered all of my concerns. Francesca was able to negotiate a great price and her attention to detail was instrumental in closing the deal. During the walk-thru and inspection she was able to notice issues that were resolved before closing. Her "virtual rolodex" of local contractors is second to none, especially for someone coming from out of town. I absolutely would work with Francesca again.
