Brandon Musick is a realtor who took the time to get to know me to better understand my vision in buying a home. He is an amazing communicator an experienced professional who kept me informed and explained the home buying process from start to finish. He challenged me when touring homes to look beyond the house, but how it made me feel… did it feel like home? Brandon utilized his network of professionals to help with financing and closing. He didn’t try and sway my decision and was very supportive when I made the decision on my now home. When I made the decision to make an offer I fully expected to pay the full price listed, however with his expert knowledge of the market Brandon made a lower offer that was accepted! He made personalized short videos to instruct me about the paperwork with an explanation on what I was signing and followed up with a call or text. During the final walkthrough we discovered the closet doors weren’t hung as promised and with one phone call to the sellers agent he secured funds to purchase them so there wouldn’t be any delays in closing…impressive. He always looked out for my best interests. Brandon was very patient with me during this nearly year long process and he is a delight to work with and went above and beyond to help me.
