•When I decided to relocate out of Maryland after my retirement, I contacted Ben Daniels at the recommendation of a friend. It was one of the best decisions I made. Months before I was ready to sell, Mr. Daniels came to my home and explained the process and the costs of selling a home in Maryland. He was very friendly and professional. He walked through my home and made easy suggestions on how we could make the house more ready for sale. Within hours of leaving, he called me with follow up research he had done on comparable homes and neighborhoods. This was just a harbinger of the type of service I would received throughout the preparation, listing, and selling of my house. Mr. Daniels was always available for questions and I was never left wondering what was going on in the process. While he would offer advice, I always felt like I was making the decisions. And though I know I wasn’t his only client, I always felt fully supported. Without question, I highly recommend Mr. Daniels and his staff. They certainly made the selling of my home a lot less stressful.
