I was amazed at how helpful Karissa was - from the moment she viewed the home until the closing date she stood by us and had an answer to every question. She made suggestions that were very helpful and I'm sure aided us in the sale of the home, but she always left the decisions up to us. I would recommend her 100% to future home sellers/buyers.
