Patient and Knowledgable

I was kind of all over the board as to what I was looking for - everything from acreage outside the city to a condo in the city. Sarah went to great lengths (literally) to show me many properties. She does her research and knows the market extremely well. I ultimately settled on a condo and she handled all the negotiating and transactional stuff expertly.
