Ryan was amazing to work with! We were hesitant at first to use the same realtor for our purchase of pur new home and sale of our old home. We are so glad we went with Ryan for both! He was responsive and quick with helping us get ready to sell our home, including telling us what things to fix up and what things to not worry about! We love that he was honest about telling us not to worry about fixing up every little thing, or buying all new appliances, flooring, etc. - this saved us a lot of money in the end. He helped us choose a realistic price for our house, and was able to get us more than what we were originally anticipating. Ryan easily worked through what might have been a tricky negotiation if he weren't as experienced or knowledgeable. Because he was doing both our sale and purchase, he was able to arrange timings for closings that were practical and worked with our timing.For the purchase of our new home, he helped us set up an easy to use online system where we could ask him questions about each property and my husband and I could leave notes for each other. Ryan worked with our busy schedules and had great suggestions about what to look for in each property. When viewing properties, he was knowledgeable about the area, and had great insight into what red flags to look for inside the property. We ultimately got our new home at less than asking price, and love everything about it!Throughout the whole process, Ryan was communicative, and kept us appraised each step of the way. He made us feel like we knew what to expect. The title agency and mortgage agent that he recommended were also wonderful to work with. Overall, we are SO happy with Ryan, and will absolutely recommend him to all our family and friends!
