Colleen has the #1 quality you want in a real estate agent: work ethic. She works her tail off to make sure she gets the best deal for her clients. Every agent has access to the MLS and such, but not every agent gives 100%. Colleen gives 110% and then some. As a contractor for over 20 years, I meet a LOT of people looking for realtors and I meet a LOT of realtors, but most just don't stand out. Colleen does.
