Bryan helped my wife and I buy our first home in August. We had gone back and forth about the decision to buy for months, and so when we finally made up our minds, we were excited to select a realtor and hit the ground running. We only interviewed a few realtors, but, for us, Bryan stood out as the obvious best choice. Turns out this summer was wild for the housing market and that meant our hope to get right into a house after having made the decision to do so wouldn't quite work out. But Bryan was there with us encouraging us and advising us on how to move forward even though the search often felt like running in a 100m dash you had no idea you were entered in. Throughout the whole process, Bryan was extremely friendly, responsive, and receptive to our many many questions. It never felt like he was just trying to get us into any house for a quick payday. After finally getting an offer accepted, he was also there checking in on a regular basis making sure that things were progressing smoothly.
