About this property

Great piece of land between Danville and Roachdale ready to build your dream home!! Land has passive income for the buyer not ready to build yet. Property is in Guardianship so please allow time for responses as they must go through a Judge. Super low taxes, only 1/2 mile from Hendricks County Line, and approx 5 miles from Danville. If purchased before farmer planting season, could possibly lease out and get some passive income if buyer isn't ready to build quite yet!

Cheryl made the process to buy a parcel of land...

Cheryl made the process to buy a parcel of land easy. She allowed us to electronically sign many documents and closing was quick and comfortable. This was our first time buying a parcel of property.
