Since the beginning, He was very considerate to my parents and me. Although, it took us a couple of months to decide he was always nice and patient with us! I appreciate his willingness and effort. Yvonne was great to work with and helped me find a home. After the initial deal for a home fell through, she found others for me. However, I was drawn back to the original house and she worked diligently to restore the deal w/ seller and assisted with getting the necessary repairs handled for my type of loan to be processed.

Giovanni Campos presented us with a contract from a buyer who also happened to be a realtor. This buyer/realtor also had at least one other offer on Giovanni’s listings! She withdrew her offer/ contract with us and executed a contract on Giovanni’s other listing. We were not advised until the following day! Why would Giovanni knowingly engage in an unscrupulous practice such as this? This was a waste of our time, not to mention the emotional stress we suffered. The fact that the buyer was also a real estate agent, reflects very poorly on the business practices of the real estate industry. I certainly DO NOT recommend Giovanni Campos or ReMax Advance Realty.

I could not ask for a better realtor than Anthony Askowitz. He helped me sell a house and buy a house 22 years ago and again this year. He was above board with all the realities of selling and made sure the process was smooth and easy to understand. His knowledge of the South Florida market is outstanding.
