Real 5-Star Treatment and Experience. I'm not usually one to give the highest ratings, but to anyone looking for a top-level realtor, Giovanni gets the highest mark! Giovanni's demonstrated his experience in the South Florida market when I had to put a selling price for my property and we couldn't find a comparable property. He gave me his recommended sales price and within a week we saw a similar unit go in the market for the same price. This was very impressive and a great start! But selling a home can be quite an adventure and sometimes it takes unexpected down turns. This happened to us with our first buyer. However, Giovanni's experience, strong communication, honesty, transparency and temperament got us pass a poor experience with the buyer's realtor and closing company. After following Giovanni's professional advise, we canceled our first contract because of the uncertainty of being able to close after the third contract extension . Giovanni handled the situation like a pro and kept us calm, motivated and positive. At the end, Giovanni was able to sell our house for $15K above our asking price. I don't think this could have been possible without his professional guidance and experience. If you are looking for a top-notch real estate agent to sell your property, look no further!

Giovanni (Gio) made it happen After 45 years in the same house, I needed to downsize by selling my house for enough to buy a new home not too far away, and had no concrete idea about how to accomplish that. Fortunately, I found Gio, who made it all happen. Gio did a fantastic job of getting my old house sold for a good price with good terms, finding the right house for me to buy at a fair price, making sure that I could stay in my old house until moving into my new home, and getting my purchase closed despite several obstacles. He handled every detail efficiently and professionally, and walked me through the entire process from preparing for listing through settling into my new home, making both transactions fit together smoothly, and was always available to answer my numerous questions (cheerfully) and keep me from panicking.
