I was so impressed with our experience with Cayla Owenby. She was very knowledgeable about the process of selling a home and the current market. She also was not pushy. We had a goal price point and she gave recommendations but never pressured us. Cayla is also extremely professional. She made quick appointments, kept appointments, and arrived when she said she would. She was able to answer all of our questions and responded quickly. The quality I appreciated from Cayla the most during our selling experience was her ability to get what we wanted and needed done. We had goals for this sell and she made sure to help us achieve them. She was the perfect mix of lady like and stern, a total girl boss! The moment I spoke to Anthony for the first time by phone, he instilled nothing but confidence and calm in my nervous mind. I trusted Anthony from the beginning and rightly so! He obtained an offer above asking less than two weeks after my property went on the market. We closed a little over a month after that without a bump in the road. Because we vacated before selling the property, Anthony took charge of my house and arranged for lawn and pool care. He did not allow anyone in my house without his or his partner's presence.
