We were impressed with Gina from the first time we met her. She listened to what we thought but also was grounded in her knowledge. She was easy to work with and responded to our questions and concerns. we had to deal with many issues while out of state and it was very helpful to have someone who communicated and responded timely. I must truly say I personally have worked with many realtors and done several real estate transactions and that said I /we have never meet someone with the work ethics , listening to you and your needs, not pushing you to make hurried decisions. Gina was very knowledgeable with every question we fired at her. Once we found the place that fit our needs she jumped right in to assist us in many ways, from getting state fees, closing fees, people for inspections , you name it she was there to help us from start to finish. The icing on the cake was the day of closing she even took the time to check on our place to make sure everything was in good working condition before we closed because we were thousands of miles away and unable to view the place . That coupled with her attention to detail I would give Gina a 10 out of 10 rating she really impressed me and I have never had that kind and thoughtful kind of service ever.
