Gina started with us by first assessing the house and providing a realistic price range. She suggested a few improvements be done before listing the house. She took some very flattering pictures of the exterior and interior. Then produced a fantastic write up. We received a serious offer within two days of listing the house. As we were heading north soon, she facilitated the early signing of paperwork for us in advance of the closing date. She was terrific to deal with and would highly recommend her.
