My husband and I entered the housing market spring 2024 with a lot of anxiety about the whole process. Dom was recommended to us through my husband’s work colleague, who worked with him to find their new home. Dom was fantastic right off the bat. He listened to our house checklist of ‘must haves’, ‘nice to haves’, and ‘absolutely nots’ and helped us work within our budget to find beautiful options. Even though we dragged him around most of SEPA for showings, he always showed up with a smile, ready with information about the neighborhood and comparative pricing. He was honest about any concerns he saw in each house, ensuring we knew what we would be getting into. We found our house in August 2024. Dom was everything we could ask for in a realtor and then some. I would absolutely recommend Dom to anyone looking to buy or sell!
