•Shannon was awesome to deal with from Day 1 in helping us buy our first home. She was patient in explaining the process and helping us make an offer within our budget. Shannon and her team were on top of it when it came to scheduling inspections and aiding us in meeting contractual obligations. We had the best team and would not be in the position we are now without Shannon's help and experience. Even after closing, Shannon has been a great deal of assistance working for us although she did not have to! We could not be more grateful!
I worked with Shannon and her team to purchase a single family home in Hagerstown, MD. Shannon was responsive and very helpful when it came to negotiations, allowing me to get a pretty good deal on a home even in this market. Shannon provided me with local contractors/services that I needed to get the house set up which helped to ease the burden of moving. I had a somewhat strict schedule for viewing homes as I was living 6 hours away from Hagerstown at the time but Shannon and her team were able to cater to my schedule. The closing process was easy and I would recommend Shannon to anyone with housing needs in the future.
