•We were so impressed with Kari and her team! We would recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell. She did an excellent job! We bought and sold our houses with Kari in August 2022. We worked with Kari on the selling side and her associate Kristine on the buying side. They were attentive, friendly, knowledgeable, and they did and awesome job coordinating everything on their end. On the selling side - Kari priced and marketed our house perfectly. We listed right as the housing market was beginning to slow down, and our house was on the market for 3 days before we got a great offer. On the buying side - we ran into an issue with the AC during our final walkthrough and Kristine stayed to work with us the entire time. She made sure that everything was taken care of the right way, and we were able to close that day - which was a small miracle! They’re a great team! And we’re so glad we picked them.
