Charlene made this whole experience fun, easy and it’s very bitter sweet that it’s over. We really enjoyed the moments we would get a notification from her that a new home was coming on the market. At times, when we would get worried about not finding our perfect home, in this tough market, she always reassured us that the perfect home will come. She was always there to lean on, as our agent, therapist and friend. Char never pressured us when we felt indecisive on a home, she listened to our thoughts and knew what we thinking before we could say it. Buying a home is a stressful process but it never felt that way with Charlene. Once she found us our perfect home, on a perfect piece of land, the closing process was done in a blink of an eye ! I am so glad we found a new friend and a dream home !
