This is the best company to rent from

This is the best company to rent from. They are always responsive and easy to work with. Service calls are addressed quickly and the 3rd party service people are always professional and responsive as well. We are in our second year leasing from them and we have every intention of renewing for a 3rd term.

I've had the pleasure of working with Cecilia for many years, both in selling my home and purchasing two homes. The most recent purchase involved having a home built and her advice and expertise were invaluable. She was (and continues to be) always prompt in answering calls and arranging her schedule to suit my time frame. Cecilia was also able to locate a short term rental for my son and his family while their home was being built, so she is our family's go to realtor! Cecilia Bird was amazing when it came to selling our house! We were previously on the market for almost 2 yrs with hardly any showing and not one offer. We switched over to Cecilia hoping for better luck, She came to our home and helped us with what we need to change and with in one month of being listed we had an offer which we ended up excepting. We are currently in the process of buying another home from her and I can say that I would highly recommend her to anyone that is looking to sell or buy a home!
