•We learned of Debbie via a referral from a 5 Star broker / realtor friend of ours. We then hooked up with Debbie over the phone and right away we felt VERY comfortable with her. We were looking for a second home near Twinsburg, OH. After finding a brand new listing we wanted to see in Streetsboro, OH we contacted her about it. Mind you that we are permanent FL residents so all of our work with her was done remotely. We informed her about a 3 bedroom single story home that we were very interested in. Debbie immediately got going on it. She arranged a showing with our son several several hours later and via FaceTime we had a virtual showing. Her observations, feedback and knowledge cemented our decision to write an offer. Debbie had the paperwork sent to us via email. Our offer was submitted late evening and less than 24 hours later it was accepted!! It couldn't have gone smoother. Her speed and efficiency was outstanding. BTW, Debbie also did several other virtual showings with us and she was always hunting for listings that was on our check list. Her credentials speak highly about her dedication and knowledge. Very, very qualified!! My wife and I highly recommend Debbie Clark for your real-estate needs.
