From showing to closing, the process took an hour
From showing to closing, the process took an hour. Cheryl is an amazing realtor with 33 years in the area. She toured me around the city to show me all the places around including recreation, dining, and entertainment. I would absolutely love to deal with Cheryl for my next rental and/or purchase.

Cheryl was very informative with regards to market pricing. She provided excellent guidance on pricing and with the negotiation with the buyer. I was relocated and she was able and willing to handle issues on my behalf which was instrumental to the sale of my home.<br/><br/>I highly recommend her for the sale of your home!
