To sell our parents home after their passing was very difficult.. but Stephanie was very kind , professional, and very helpful throughout the process. She always answered our questions with a smile , she was there to help set up different appointments for us that helped take some of the stress and pressure off of us. Not only were we able to sell our parents home.. but we also gained a new friend. Stephanie listed our property and the quality photos and narrative resulted in a quick sale not much below our asking price. She also showed us several properties in the community we wanted to settle. She provided good advise and helped negotiate an acceptable price on one of the properties. With her help we were able to close on both properties the same day. She was a pleasure to work with and we have recommended her to our friends who are looking for property in this area.
