Linda is a Wonderful professional and a Great person! She's very knowledgeable in her market and was very helpful with tips about local "ins and outs". She worked with us every step of the way, often in the evening and on weekends/holidays. She even drove us to see some properties when we didn't have a car available. She's very meticulous and makes sure that every little detail is taken care of. She dug up an "irregularity" about one property and warned us of potentially very serious problem. Linda even took it upon herself to unravel a particularly pesky paper problem with the city that wasn't even her responsibility, which sped up closing by several weeks! Linda was always prompt with all communications. And since we were buying from "out of state" she was our representative on the ground until closing. In the end she helped us purchase the apartment that was right for us, and for a reasonable price. I'd recommend Linda to all my friends.

Marlon is an incredible agent. We used him during the purchase of our first home a few years ago and he is as phenomenal now as he was then. We had a very complex case as we were selling our home and bought a new home contingent on the sale. He walked us through each step and was very communicative educating us on the process. He sold our home within days, and we put an offer on our dream house that he found for us himself a couple weeks later that was accepted.
