After interviewing a few potential agents, I immediately knew that Bette was the best of the bunch, from her exceptional level of knowledge to her no pressure sales talk. (Go with whom you feel comfortable with.) This accolade, for Bette, is long overdue, as the sale of my house was this past July. (Sorry Bette, better late than never, as you are so deserving of this praise.) Bette’s knowledge of the market, data shared along with her responsiveness was incredible. Bette’s strategic mindset, attention to detail, kindness (helping me carry and moving furniture/items and even taking out the trash, was complimented by her understanding of me, as an individual and not just another sale. Bette walked me through the process of selling my home, going beyond and above what other potential realtors offered. My home was priced right, with Bette’s guidance as well as being staged properly, with just a few moves of furniture, some accent pillows and a bright welcome mat. This staging of my home brought aesthetic artistry to the rooms without all the staging furniture and items that so many realtors bring into a home. My home was easy to envision, beautiful and organized for prospective home buyers to see, with Bette’s articulate help. I cannot say enough about Bette, along with the phenomenal photographs and videos taken of my home…I was so impressed, overwhelmed with the beauty of my home, that it was very hard to let go of my cherished home. Moving, out of state, a couple of days before settlement Bette offered to go to settlement an final walk through for me. I know, without doubt, that the couple who bought my home, could not be more pleased with the relationship Bette made with their realtor. Bette personable and professional. There was no question that she knew her stuff and did everything to insure that the house would show well. She was always prepared. When I interviewed her, she came with comps that were similar to my home and in my immediate area (both her listings and properties she had sold). Before showings started, she did a complete walk through and made recommendations. Rapid feedback on showings was provided. She made sure the house had everything the township required for their use and occupancy certificate. She made the whole (usually stressful) process streamlined and east. I highly recommend Bette. You can’t find anyone more knowledgeable, professional and genuinely caring.
