Karen Ferro is the best real estate agent we ever had since 1972.... I know cause we moved 25 times both in USA and overseas... she is always in good spirits and very likable person. We became good friends and love her enthusiasm to find the right house for me and my family . As soon as I call her for anything she calls me back right away. I can't tell how valuable she is for my family. She also found what my son wanted by showing him till he said this is it... What a patient person Karen is... cause he is very nitpicky person... I would recommend her to anybody.. they will have a great time with her while looking for the dream house.

From the beginning of the house hunting process to the moment we signed all the paperwork, Jose was absolutely amazing. We worked with Ricardo Zambrano to purchase our second home and really can’t say enough good things about him ! We just completed a closing on a family owned property with Karen Ferro, our Sellers' Agent. This was an unusual and challenging listing with a tenant occupied rental property on a large sub dividable lot, but no guarantee to subdivide without approval of a plan for a minor subdivision. Karen had sold two prior listings of newly built properties adjacent to ours and had knowledge of the local market specific to our listing. She quickly produced an extensive report on property values of like description (no easy task). Karen's skill in presenting and then managing the listing brought us numerous offers on the property, all of which she handled with skill and great patience dealing with three owners (and tenant on the premises). We happily accepted an offer by a local developer with "no contingencies” avoiding the added expense, time and aggravation of obtaining a plan to subdivide the property ourselves. We thank Karen for her always professional, upbeat and cheerful attitude, skill and patience to market an unusually challenging listing, and would not hesitate to recommend her services to others.

When I first thought about selling my house, Karen was the only realtor I wanted to call. Prior to my call, she helped my girlfriend sell her condo. Karen was always there for me during the whole process. She gave great advice about things we could do, which contractors to call and was able to sell my house for tens of thousands more than the listed price. Karen was amazing and I am very happy with the results. Highly recommended!
