Terrible agent. My wife and I went house hunting with her and it soon became clear that she wasn't interested in showing us any properties except the ones listed by her. When we expressed interest in any other properties she would immediately start nitpicking and exaggerating all kinds of defects and try to shoo us away as quickly as possible or try to postpone any showings. Then she would insist we spend all of our time looking at her properties and try to gloss over any problem there were. After a while it just became too much and I finally got another buyer agent.

Cecilia is a great Real Estate Agent. I have used her three times and I am always please with her level of work ethics and caring attitude. She's personable and listens to the client and offers appropriate advise but is not overbearing or aggressive. I highly recommend her services to anyone selling or buying real estate property.
