•Kimbra was an amazing realtor, we had such a great experience with working with her. Not only did she find us a beautiful waterfront property in our budget in Orlando (a feat of it own) but she beat out all other offers, including one that said they would pay $5000 over any offer no matter what. We even bid less than them and still got the house, I still don’t know how she did it! Once we were under contract, Kimbra had amazing communication giving us almost daily updates. BUT the BEST part was that she was able to negotiate a brand new roof, new doors and new windows. Overall we had a fantastic experience, start to finish, and I would highly recommend everyone to use her.
