If it hadn’t been for Elizabeth, we would have been more stressed than we were about looking for properties-especially in this market. Elizabeth kept us educated about the housing market, up to date on new listings, but most importantly- focused on our objectives for a home that would be the right fit. During the negotiations with the Seller via the Seller’s agent, we always felt Elizabeth was working on our behalf and best interest. Our situation was unique, long distance, and time sensitive…. We needed our realtor to tune in, adjust strategy, and pounce fast. These days, many realtors think getting to know their customer is best accomplished by periodically sending out listing links via email and text, desiring only to get a a digital response. God forbid that they speak on the phone and use their ears to listen and take notes of a customers words and style. Im sorry, but this practice is too impersonal for such an impactful and personal decision. Patti is a wise woman with a keen intuition. She made herself available to patiently and creatively serve, teach, and guide us the whole way through. And got results by means of her keen intuition, unmatched sensitivity, wisdom, Skills, and caring.
