Eric has been a really great guy to work with, honest, straightforward, and very responsive to my needs! I'm very satisfied and happy to have chosen him as my realtor, as the type of property I was looking for took a lot of hard work to find and he was very patient and understanding throught the entire process. I also found him to be very personable with everyone else involved, and felt comfortable trusting in his expertise during negotiations. Eric has offered a lot of good, solid advice along the way as well, and has a wealth of expertise to bank on whether you are buying a new place or finding something to fix up yourself. It's funny, at the start of the process I thought I knew exactly what I was looking for, but until you get out there and start actually looking you really don't realize all there is to it... A place can look really awesome on a listing, when actually get there to get a feel for the place and neighborhood, you may find a lot of things you had not considered before... Alternatively, there can be things that are going to be a problem for you that you wouldn't realize unless your realtor or someone else made you aware of it. Eric cued me in to a lot of important consderations that I would otherwise may not have ever realized. Eric's openness and honesty were greatly appreciated throughout the process, and at no point did I feel uncomfortable or pressured. I really appreciate all of Eric's hard work in helping me find the best place to meet my needs, and based on his honesty, outstanding responsiveness and expertise I would highly recommend him to anyone.
