Knowledgeable, honest, caring, sincere

Gerson was recommended to us, so many positive stories about friends who were able to find a home with his assistance. So glad we listened. Gerson is not the type of realtor that is just looking to sell you a house. He will search for the correct home for you and your loved ones. He is extremely knowledgeable and will research before taking you to see a place making sure you will not waste your time. He answers your calls and emails on time. Answers questions and researches if he doesn’t know the answer to a question. If he can’t answer the call right away he always gets back to you in fair time frame. Thank God for this man sent from heaven

As a Realtor he is Wonderful, I can't even begin to describe how AWESOME Gersson is, from the first day we met he has been there taking care of EVERYTHING, every call I made, every question I had he had an answer. He has knowledge and the dedication like no other, he LITERALLY hold me through the process and made this headache of purchasing a home feel like a walk in the park. Not only that but he also works as shady detector, if he feels you're being taken advantage of, he will let you know and fight for you. Gerson Perez is a highly Professional real estate agent and very Knowledgeable .

I had a very good experience in selling my house with a highly knowledgeable Real Estate Agent. Gerson Perez sold my house all cash in less then two month . The transaction was very smooth and easy .
