He was a great listener and included us in the process to create a sales strategy and decide on listing price. Was open to negotiating on commission and we decided on a fair approach for both sides. Overall made a stressful process simple. Once we had a deal Chris’s team took over administering the closing process. Again, made everything simple and we did not have to be present at closing. Overall it was much simpler than expected and we exceeded our expectations on sale price.

I highly recommend Chris Hennessy when selling or buying your home. He helped me with both. Chris is an expert in the business. He’s very personable and knowledgeable and takes the extra time to get to know his clients. At my first meeting with Chris, he had done all the research and was very familiar with my home and the area. He sold my home in 3 days. He went over every offer in detail and helped me decide which would work best for my own situation. Working with his team to prepare for settlement was a pleasure. Settlement was seamless. Chris is also helping me with the purchase of my new home which will be ready later this year. He sat with me and went over every detail of the contract so I fully understood it before signing. I just can’t say enough about Chris. He’s top-notch and I highly recommend him.

It was great to work with Chris Hennessy on the sale of my own home. I have been collaborating with him for several years as a home stager and when it was time to sell my own home, I trusted Chris. He made everything easy about the process. I owned the timeline for when to list the home. He recommended 4-days of showings with all offers due on the 4th day. Chris is awesome. My wife and I began our search in March of 2023 and finally ended it in November of 2023. We must have gone to see 30+ houses in that time span. Chris is very charismatic and energetic, while also remaining professional. We enjoyed plenty of laughs and funny conversations along the way. He has plenty of knowledge when it comes to houses - whether it be insights or tips on renovations, existing appliances in the house, or being able to spot things that are or aren’t done properly. His knowledge in real estate is evident right off the bat. Can’t wait to work with Chris again and he absolutely earned my referral to anyone looking to buy/sell a home.

Too many different people communicating via email. Much confusion as to who is in charge and who is responsible for what. On line paperwork is fine for those who do it all the time, the rest of us are less confident filling out such extensive legal documentation with out a little more personal support.
