•Erica was an extraordinary support during my home sale process which extended to almost two years. Initially, I placed my home on the market for a residential purchase, however, months later, I was approached by a commercial entity that was interested in purchasing my home as well as purchasing two other homes on my block. Erica was instrumental in helping me negotiate legal terms that benefitted me from a financial standpoint. The commercial offer fell through after months of negotiations, however, because of Erica’s assistance, I received financial compensation for the time my house was off the market. Subsequently, my house was sold to a buyer at a price that was well above what I expected to receive. Erica is knowledgeable, patient and skilled. She listens to the needs and preferences of her client. She is a consummate professional in all aspects of the home sale process and I highly recommend her.
