Selling our home with Randall Dail Realty was an outstanding experience from start to finish. This came as no surprise since we are repeat clients. We really appreciated their team approach and exceptional communication throughout the entire process. We were always kept informed, and every question was answered promptly and every concern was addressed in a timely manner. Even while on vacation, they remained in constant communication ensuring all of the documents and responses were completed within the due diligence timeframe. Our home was marketed to showcase its full potential with an abundance of professional photos and highly detailed description, which in turn, alleviated unnecessary showings. We were selling during a very challenging time and had 4 other listings that were active on our street at the same time. Even so, we were able to close with the highest price per square foot and we were the only ones that did not have to reduce the list price since Randall Dail Realty priced it correctly from the start. In a sea of mediocre real estate agents, at best, we were so pleased with our decision to trust the team at Randall Dail Realty. We were confident in our choice from the start, but the end result speaks for itself.
