Putting my house on the market to settlement was 17 days and was a very smooth transaction! My agent, Beth Coogan, took the time to understand my personal situation and made selling my childhood home seamless. (The only issue I encountered was with the wire transfer of my funds to my checking account. There was a 2 day delay due to a lack of knowledge by the buyer's law office regarding the appropriate routing number required for wire transfer transactions.)

My experience was exceptional! Beth was my agent and I have no doubt I will use her in the future and recommend her to my family and friends. Fixing up and selling my childhood home was a labor of love and Beth truly understood what I was feeling.
