Stacy provided such a wonderful house buying experience! She was unbelievably organized and walked us through every step. Although I was pretty set on the first house we saw, she went te extra mile to show us what other houses were in the area. We saw four or five other houses but my heart and mind were set on the first house we saw. She is very reliable and responds quickly to any questions you have. Stacy helped my wife and I purchase a lot in North Raleigh. After going through the process with Stacey, the closing attorney told us that she had never experienced so many hurdles to have to jump in just one transaction. For this property we dealt with sellers that were out of the country and virtually unreachable, a lost title to a piece of property that had to be moved off site before the property would be useful and several other difficulties. Stacey stayed on top of things and walked us through the process smoothly and closed on the date she originally told us we would close.
