•She list my home at the highest market level. Beautify staged my home, arranged and photography inside and out (using drone technology),printed and distributed beautiful fliers. She arranged for a weekend open house, greeting prospective buyers and secured multiple offers at a higher than listed price (in two days of showing). She then walked myself and the buyer through the escrow process. The initial buyer couldn't secure funding at the last minute, but the backup buyer was notified and in about 30 days the deal was complete. We were completely satisfied with the results. I then recommended her to a relative for her expertise on his Anaheim condominium and again the same results. She listed the property, staged it, photographed it, printed the fliers, one weekend open house, sold above asking price. Martine is quick, knowledgeable, aggressive, competent, and effective. I will recommend her to any prospective buyer or seller.
